Description of the Centre	EMMRC, Gujarat University is one of the fore-runners among the 17 Multimedia Centres established all over India by the University Grants Commission (UGC), which are known as EMMRC, with the objective of generating quality higher educational software. EMMRC is also engaged in the production of e-content programmes and Edusat activities.
Any additional achievement of the Centre	EMMRC, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad won many national/international awards.  Over the years EMMRC, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad is instrumental in conducting TV production workshops for other media centre, academics, students of mass communication etc.
